His clients value the perspective and insights he delivers to strategic planning, financial modeling in the context of capital investment decisions, and provider alignment planning. He recently worked with a large, Texas-based community health system on its board approval for more than $200 million of hospital expansions at two of its campuses, which will result in increased access of care for the community while maintaining the hospitals’ leading market positions. With a large health system in Florida, Alfredo developed a market assessment, determined service mix, projected facility demand, and evaluated financial returns for the creation of a de novo, $250 million ambulatory center. The facility will allow his client to enable care innovation and assist in the system’s shift to value-based care models.
