Before joining ECG, Brandon worked as a healthcare consultant at JTaylor, where his engagements included a broad spectrum of transactional and operational consulting for both for-profit and nonprofit healthcare entities. Brandon helped guide various provider organizations—ranging from small physician practices to multi-facility systems generating up to $400 million in net revenue—through complex acquisitions and joint venture relationships. He also developed a variety of financial relationships between hospitals and physicians, helping to navigate the legal landscape and foster physician alignment with health system goals.
