Working as a consultant at ECG offers a platform to help clients solve problems – a passion I have long had. Having an opportunity to work in the healthcare industry, where efficiency and quality are needed most, is tremendously rewarding, because everyone, in some way or another, interacts with the healthcare provider landscape.
Henry’s background includes professional experience with both healthcare service providers and payors under for-profit and nonprofit entity structures. Previous roles within business development, mergers and acquisitions advisory, and internal business consulting have enhanced Henry’s broad perspective when it comes to his clients’ needs. He has also worked closely with a wide array of client stakeholders ranging from chief executives, shareholder groups, physicians, and back-office staff across numerous engagement scenarios.
Before joining ECG, Henry worked as an MBA Consultant for the Business Consulting Group at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where he assisted with operational efficiency analyses as well as new product development, budgeting, management, and implementation. Prior to Blue Cross, Henry worked at Provident Healthcare Partners, a boutique healthcare-focused investment banking firm. There he completed a variety of strategic advisory functions—including detailed market research, business development, and financial analysis—to help his clients prepare for major transactions.
