With extensive knowledge of healthcare finance and hospital revenue cycle functions, Kevin leads ECG clients through comprehensive operational improvement engagements, helping them implement solutions that deliver rapid, proven, and enduring results. For more than 10 years, Kevin has consulted and collaborated with hospitals, health systems, and academic institutions throughout the country. He has helped numerous clients realize significant financial savings by redesigning key revenue cycle functions and establishing a high-performance work culture, which ensures that outcomes are sustainable. Prior to joining ECG, Kevin was a Manager in the Revenue Cycle practice of Huron Consulting Group, where he led teams of consultants in transforming the operational performance of healthcare providers, resulting in long-term net revenue increases. Kevin also managed daily revenue cycle functions within the Patient Access and Patient Financial Services departments for Hoag Hospital in Southern California. In addition, he served as a Senior Consultant in the Health Industries Advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he worked with hospital leadership to redesign revenue cycle processes to improve account follow-up and reduce backlogs.
