The healthcare environment is evolving quickly, creating new challenges and opportunities for consulting services that will keep you on your toes. I have chosen to develop my career at ECG because it is an ideal environment for a person who is entrepreneurial, analytical, and creative. ECG understands that its people are its assets. This job not only supports you in your professional growth, but also provides you the flexibility to develop expertise and a career in something you care about.

Krista has a diverse background in strategy, operations, and finance that has enabled her to assist hospitals, health systems, and medical groups across the country with a wide range of assignments. Krista joined ECG in 2007 with extensive experience in operations and process improvement, genetic and disease research, and strategic and financial planning for start-up businesses. Since then, she has led assignments that include corporate strategic planning for hospitals and health systems, financial planning for medical groups, compensation planning for providers, structuring and implementing hospital/physician alignment structures, designing ambulatory delivery models, and developing management structures and policies for providers. Her understanding of the challenges associated with nurturing innovative ideas in a climate of shrinking revenue sources is invaluable to providers navigating the industry's shift to value-based care delivery. Recently, Krista has focused on ambulatory planning and has led major operational improvement initiatives that have enhanced patient access, increased physician productivity, and maximized revenue collection in physician practice settings.
