Prior to joining ECG, Scott worked in the strategy practice at Kurt Salmon Health Care. He conceptualized strategic planning initiatives by creating market assessments, competitive analyses, and clinical service line evaluations for providers nationwide. Before Kurt Salmon, Scott managed multiple comprehensive revenue cycle optimization engagements at Triage Consulting Group; his efforts assisted with the recovery of more than $10 million in unexpected revenue from payors. Scott also previously worked at Deloitte in the private equity group, where he provided tax planning and compliance services to some of the largest firms in the industry.
