Tori’s track record of leading and managing diverse healthcare strategy projects, primarily in the area of value-based care, is exemplary. She has worked with providers across the country in the design, planning, and implementation of bundled payment programs, as well as in the development of clinically integrated networks and hospital/physician alignment models. Tori has assisted numerous hospitals, health systems, physician groups, post-acute care organizations, and other healthcare organizations in prioritizing their planning and growth efforts given the changing reimbursement landscape and competing organizational initiatives.
Tori has devoted her career to working with organizations to improve their strategic, clinical, financial, and operational market position. She is passionate about driving performance and outcomes, and as new market pressures mount, she supports organizations as they develop and communicate their new value proposition, both to internal and external stakeholders. Before joining ECG, she was a Senior Manager in the Bundled Payment practice at The Camden Group, where she led more than a dozen bundled payment projects, helped organizations in building bundles across service lines, and managed several projects within value-based reform.
