Aurora is a nationally recognized expert in provider total compensation with more than 20 years of healthcare consulting experience. She has extensive knowledge from navigating legal and regulatory requirements and working across all healthcare organizations and specialties to determine compensation arrangements that meet fair market value and commercial reasonableness guidelines. Aurora also works with healthcare organizations in the design, implementation, and administration of physician and advanced practice provider compensation strategies.
At ECG, Aurora works with clients across the spectrum of healthcare organizations representing the nation’s largest health systems, multispecialty medical groups, community and federally qualified health centers, academic medical centers, community-based hospitals, critical access hospitals, behavioral health organizations, single-specialty private practices, and more. Prior to joining ECG, Aurora was a managing director and the physician and advanced practice provider compensation service line leader at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (formerly Integrated Healthcare Strategies).
