Jessica is passionate about using her broad knowledge in physician compensation, operations, and strategy to problem-solve and improve healthcare. Having worked in the industry for 13 years as both a consultant at ECG and an administrator at a large academic medical center (AMC), Jessica has extensive experience with the academic and clinical challenges that organizations face, which she calls upon to ensure her clients succeed as they navigate the complexities of an ever-changing market.
Jessica uses her diverse skill set to help organizations design, implement, and administer compensation plans; process contracts; and standardize clinical and nonclinical roles. She has worked with a variety of provider organizations across the country, including AMCs, large health systems, and private provider groups, to analyze service agreements and compensation frameworks and identify opportunities to better align physicians with enterprise strategy in order to improve costs and operations. Most recently, Jessica partnered with a Midwest health system to align contracting workflows with compensation models and oversaw an administrative role standardization initiative that generated $6 million in cost savings. Before joining ECG, Jessica served as the assistant administrator in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Arizona, where she worked with 64 providers on clinical and academic finances and operations.
