With nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Jen has helped numerous organizations achieve their financial, strategic, and organizational goals through effective project management, business operations, and strategic planning. She focuses her efforts on managing large, complex projects advising integrated healthcare corporations, multispecialty physician groups, and independent practices to realize their operational goals while utilizing technology solutions to expand their integration.
Jen has worked with numerous clients, including UT Health San Antonio, Houston Methodist Hospital, Catholic Health System, MedStar, Keck School of Medicine, OSF, Michigan State University, and AdventHealth, to effectively operationalize electronic solutions—including with Cerner, Epic, athenahealth, NextGen, eClinicalWorks, and McKesson—by providing project leadership, program management, workflow design, and strategic planning to bring stabilization and optimization to day-to-day operations. Her workflow design sessions include taking waste out of healthcare operations and optimizing technology to improve the patient experience across care settings.
