Niki also works closely with health system leaders to develop provider recruitment goals based on current supply and demand, identify opportunities for alignment with community providers, and achieve an optimal mix of disciplines and specialties within the system’s provider network. Recent engagements include a multistate assessment of community and network need to standardize system-wide provider network planning and a market assessment inclusive of current and future provider needs with a case volume and out‑migration analysis.
