At ECG, Penny co-leads ECG’s MD Ranger® practice. MD Ranger is a premier physician compensation benchmarking product that was acquired by ECG in 2023. Healthcare organizations use this powerful tool to benchmark fair market value and document compliance. Penny also provides consultation to healthcare organizations to support projects related to M&A strategy, facility planning, case rate development, physician need studies, compliance policies, and valuations. Penny works across organizations, providing data- and experience-driven analytics and advice. Before joining ECG, Penny was the cofounder and CEO of MD Ranger and the cofounder of Cattaneo & Stroud, a healthcare consulting firm.
