These efforts have included the integration of governance and business operations to drive efficiencies, as well as operational initiatives that have improved access, revenue cycle, productivity, and clinical program growth. Most recently, Rich served as an interim leader of a large cardiology practice, where he built and executed a strategic operating plan that led to a 25% increase in net patient revenue per month.
