ECG Management Consultants, Inc. Expands Healthcare IT Practice With Addition of New Principal
Seattle, WA – February 12, 2008 – ECG Management Consultants, Inc., one of the nation’s premier healthcare management consulting firms, today announced that Mr. John C. Whitham has joined the company as a principal within the Healthcare IT practice. The addition of Mr. Whitham underscores ECG’s continued commitment to meet the burgeoning implementation and integration needs of clients across the United States.

Prior to joining ECG, Mr. Whitham amassed more than 6 years of senior-level healthcare consulting experience, most recently as a principal and practice leader at JHD Group, where he developed a significant IT practice in system planning and implementation, and as a manager at Cap Gemini, based in Chicago. Mr. Whitham has also served in C-level positions for large, single‑specialty medical groups, leading the adoption of integrated electronic health record and practice management systems. He holds a master of health administration degree and a bachelor of arts degree in organizational communications, both from Indiana University.
