ECG identified and evaluated potential joint venture options for a hospital and a group of radiation oncologists, by modeling the financial impact of reimbursement, ownership, and referral pattern changes to the existing cancer center for each viable option. Once a preferred joint venture approach was identified, ECG built consensus for the JV option among the stakeholders.
