Angela is a healthcare professional with an established track record of improving end-to-end hospital and professional revenue cycle operations. She views revenue cycle operational issues holistically, and helps her clients collaborate with one another to strategically and creatively solve root-cause issues in an effort to improve their organization’s bottom line.
Before joining ECG, Angela worked at Huron Consulting Group, where she managed projects for hospital and physician organizations of varying size and specialties. In this capacity, she implement-ed processes across revenue cycle functional areas, such as patient access and patient financial services, that led to a recurring cash benefit of approximately $30 million year over year for one of her clients. Whether her client’s goal is to improve their debt-to-equity ratio to receive a better bond interest rate, have enough cash on hand to build a new facility, or improve margins, Angela’s deep understanding of revenue cycle best practice helps leadership achieve operational objectives.
