I chose a career in healthcare because it offers the opportunity to help improve an enormously complex industry that has a meaningful impact on all of our lives. Advancing technologies and new market entrants are evolving the way we interact with the health system, and I want to be a part of it. Working at ECG allows me to partner with leading healthcare providers and implement solutions that expand access to care, improve the patient experience, and lower costs.

Andrew is an experienced healthcare consultant with a background of partnering with hospital and health system clients to help navigate their strategic and financial transformation. In an environment where evolving health reform, economic uncertainty, and rapid disruption have become the new normal for healthcare providers, Andrew’s work focuses on managing change and implementing sustainable operational improvements.

Prior to joining ECG, Andrew was an assistant vice president at Kaufman, Hall & Associates in the performance improvement practice. In this role, he led a revenue cycle yield effort that realized a net patient revenue lift of $14 million and managed an organization’s $45 million cost improvement plan through clinical labor productivity, shared services, and patient throughput enhancements. In addition, he was instrumental in the development of a $1.8 billion health system’s strategy to reduce its cost structure by $300 million over three years.
