Before joining ECG, Briggy worked as an associate administrator for BJC Healthcare in St. Louis. While at BJC, Briggy worked to manage the budgeting and finance process for more than 250 shared services employees with a budget of over $25 million. In addition to his financial responsibilities, he also initiated a critical care graduate nurse internship program to improve new graduate nursing retention throughout 15 hospitals and standardized multiple orientations and critical care educational departments.
