As healthcare undergoes a transformation focused on payment reform and patient outcomes, Holly’s deep expertise in value-based care contracting, care delivery, population health technology, and governance allow her to define the proper value-based care strategies and successfully put them into practice. Her ability to “connect the dots” and work across complex organizations allow her to develop trusted, long-standing relationships with clients.
Holly brings extensive knowledge of value-based care—particularly related to Medicaid and CMS payment innovations—to her work at ECG. She has assisted 11 children’s hospitals across the country with developing and operationalizing value-based care strategies, including improving the functionality of existing physician-hospital organizations and, for a prestigious children’s hospital system, managing the creation of a fully capitated Medicaid ACO that could support up to 250,000 lives. Prior to joining ECG, Holly worked in advisory services at Evolent Health (formerly Valence Health) as a principal. She led and managed the creation of value-based care strategies and four Medicaid ACOs, a Next Generation ACO, and numerous clinically integrated networks (CINs). In this role, she also worked with one of the largest hospital corporations in the US to develop physician alignment strategies for eight disparate markets and created and supervised three CINs.
