Jim has more than 28 years of healthcare experience supporting preeminent academic organizations. He has served as a trusted adviser in the areas of graduate medical education (GME), strategy, operations, revenue cycle, and the development of optimal academic organizational structures. Jim has managed and delivered projects that position his clients to thrive in an always challenging economic environment.
As a member of the firm’s Academic Healthcare Division, Jim works with ECG’s medical education and research and academic health system clients. Over the course of his career, his service offerings have evolved with the needs of his large-scale, complex academic clients. Jim’s project work has included facilitating strategic planning initiatives with many of the nation’s most respected academic organizations, implementing ambulatory integration strategies between university faculty practices and medical centers, and helping clients develop and implement GME programs.
