Kevin is a dedicated healthcare professional whose background extends to a variety of healthcare roles and settings. He has worked effectively with executives, clinicians, and front-line staff and has a robust understanding of healthcare strategy and operations. Kevin’s keen eye for detail and propensity to ask difficult questions allows him to recognize clients’ unique challenges and develop creative, effective solutions that fit today’s dynamic healthcare environment.

At ECG, Kevin’s work focuses on strategic planning and physician integration projects. He is assisting in the formation of a physician alignment strategy for the growing region of a large, clinically integrated health system to better align with providers, support local medical groups, and position for population health management. He has also supported the development of a new ambulatory surgical center, which included scenario planning based on service line sensitivities, surgical case volumes, reimbursement, profitability, and different staffing models.

Prior to joining ECG, Kevin worked in Performance Improvement at United HealthSystem Consortium (UHC), where he led collaboration efforts between academic medical centers in an effort to drive quality improvements and cost savings. He also worked in Financial Planning and Decision Support at Rush University Medical Center, where he supported successful activation of new nursing units and other strategic growth initiatives through development of capacity and financial models.
