With more than 10 years of experience in the financial services and healthcare industries, Nadia brings to ECG’s clients extensive experience in the fair market value (FMV) and commercial reasonableness assessment of contractual relationships among hospitals, physicians, and medical groups and in the valuation of business enterprises.

Since joining ECG, Nadia has helped develop the firm’s Valuations practice into one of the industry’s leading FMV advisory services. Her work in the areas of healthcare organizations’ operational and financial performance and physician/group compensation has helped her clients reexamine the intrinsic value of their business decisions and transactions, increase efficiency, maximize revenue, and comply with regulations. Recently, Nadia designed and implemented a compliance review framework to streamline the contract review process and eliminate unnecessary FMV reviews. She identified this additional client benefit as a result of her experience developing hundreds of FMV and commercial reasonableness opinions on diverse types of compensation arrangements. Prior to joining ECG, she worked at the nation’s largest behavioral health management provider where she helped evaluate acquisition targets and built multiyear pro forma statements. Additionally, Nadia is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Valuation Analyst, and she is designated as an Associate in Risk Management.
