Healthcare sits at the intersection of business, public policy, and health behavior. Being part of ECG’s Academic Healthcare division allows me to work with industry leaders to improve system operations and, in turn, patient outcomes.
Tom has demonstrated experience in successfully advising clinical and system leaders as they navigate enterprise-defining decisions. Clients value his dedication to conducting diligent financial and data analysis to vet findings and drive the planning and recommendation process. His strong background in academic medical center (AMC) administration enables him to bring a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and ensures his recommendations are implementable.
Tom’s direct experience involves assisting clients with design and negotiation of PSAs, funds flow redesign, children’s health initiatives, and strategic planning.
