Healthcare providers are increasingly aware that it is impossible to draw a clear line between physical and mental well-being. ECG’s commitment to developing centers of excellence recognizes our clients’ needs to respond to the whole person.

Theodore is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with more than 30 years of national and international experience in the healthcare and financial services industries. A trusted strategic advisor to executive and physician leaders, Theodore has helped hospitals and medical groups define their development strategies, identify and implement cutting-edge technology systems, and establish hospital/physician joint ventures. He is highly regarded for his ability to work closely with large, divergent groups of physicians, executives, and other key stakeholders to establish development priorities and build consensus for critical initiatives. Theodore is a go-to resource for developing neuroscience, oncology, and orthopedic centers of excellence (COEs) and has been instrumental in the publication of comprehensive surveys that help inform current industry trends and establish development standards. Before joining ECG, Theodore was the co-founder of NeuStrategy and a senior executive at NeuroSource, highly respected healthcare consulting firms that helped dozens of hospitals and physician practices position their neuroscience, orthopedic, and oncology services as comprehensive COEs.
