New Principal to Coordinate Coverage of Healthcare-Focused Private Equity Sponsors for ECG’s M&A practice

Atlanta, Georgia – June 25, 2019 – ECG Management Consultants, a national consulting firm that works exclusively with healthcare providers, announced that Michael Mullins joined the firm’s Mergers, Acquisitions, and Partnerships practice as a principal and head of financial sponsors coverage. Mullins has over 18 years of healthcare and transaction advisory experience, notably with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and strategic board advisory assignments. Through his work, he has supported a wide range of sectors within the healthcare industry, including specialty physician groups; post-acute services such as rehabilitation, home health, hospice, and LTACHs; and other services, including alternate site, practice management, managed care, technology, and outsourced services.

Mullins’ addition to ECG’s Mergers, Acquisitions, and Partnerships practice signals the firm’s continued commitment to enhancing its physician group advisory capabilities and evolving to meet the needs of non-acute healthcare organizations. He will also lead and coordinate the coverage of healthcare-focused private equity sponsors for ECG, adding to the firm’s growing presence in this vital sector.
