Kevin has particular expertise in hospital/physician relationships, physician compensation planning, and service line integration and development. Recently he has been assisting hospitals with service line and enterprise-wide strategic planning, working with health systems to define the operational relationships with member hospitals, and facilitating multiple transactions, including hospital/hospital and hospital/physician acquisitions.
