Joe has a deep understanding of the market challenges clients are facing and is well versed in developing comprehensive strategies to better position organizations for the future.
At ECG, Joe focuses on the intersection of strategy and facilities and helps clients identify the facility elements needed to execute current strategies while also planning for forecasted changes in market dynamics. Joe has collaborated on projects ranging from long-term, multihospital market strategies to targeted hospital-specific activation and transition planning. Recent examples of his work include developing a comprehensive strategic facilities master plan for a hospital system spanning three urban markets on the West Coast and assisting the medical group of a major academic teaching hospital plan for the opening of a new multidisciplinary outpatient clinic. Prior to joining ECG, Joe spent five years as an officer in the US Navy, where he gained expertise in managing complex processes and cross-functional teams. Joe also previously worked for McKinstry Company in project development and facility consulting across the built environment.
