| At ECG, we measure success by not only the excellence of our work but also
the quality of our play. We've included a few examples of firm events to give you a
feel for what it is like to work for ECG — after work hours.

-
Informal Events. Each division
at ECG sponsors several informal events each year. Past
events have included Mariners/Red Sox baseball games, go-cart
races, barbecues, clam bakes, Atomic Bowling Tournaments,
and of course, Whirlyball.
The Courage Classic Charity Bicycle
Tour. Intrepid ECG-ers ride 180 miles over three
mountain passes in this 3-day trip, which culminates in
a 50-mph descent down Stevens Pass.
Summer Staff Conference.
Half-work, half-play in a beautiful recreational location.
Spouses and significant others invited. 2003: Newport, R.I.;
2004: Whistler, B.C., 2005: Chatham, MA; 2006: Cannon Beach,
OR; 2007: Baltimore, MD.
Spring and Fall Staff Meetings.
These half-day meetings are held at unique venues that are
followed by social events for the entire family. Recent
activities have included tours of the Museum of Flight,
adventures through the Experience Music Project, as well
as outings to watch our favorite professional sports teams.
Fall Football Classic. Bring
your cleats and slosh through the mud while exacting revenge
on your project manager.
ECG Holiday Party. Merrymaking
is mandatory; black tie optional.
Golf Outing. If your handicap
is in the single digits, you might have to play by yourself.
Ski Outings. No broken legs
– yet.
Assorted Happy Hours.
