We assisted this system in the development of strategic plans for two of its regions where additional growth was needed. For an inner-city hospital, a multifaceted, strategic repositioning approach was identified. For a smaller, urban-market hospital, growth was focused on securing a primary care base. Both plans have enabled the hospitals to remain focused on their key growth initiatives.
