The Pediatric Subspecialty Market: Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Employment Trends

Friday, December 12, 2008

ECG is proud to announce the release of our second annual National Pediatric Subspecialty Physician Compensation, Production, and Benefits Survey. The survey has been designed to balance the complexities of the tripartite mission of academic medical centers with nonacademic settings that employ pediatric subspecialists. In 2008, 24 children’s organizations participated, representing 2,100 physicians in 36 pediatric subspecialties. The survey report provides in-depth analysis of market trends within the pediatric subspecialties.
