BOSTON, MA—April 19, 2024—ECG Management Consultants is proud to announce that two of its consultants, Tessa Kerby and Katie Komaridis, have been honored with FemForce Awards from Xpectives.Health in recognition of their contributions to the field of women’s health. The awards were presented during a ceremony on April 18 at the Westin Copley Place in Boston, Massachusetts.
The FemForce Awards recognize trailblazers and visionaries in women’s health. They acknowledge and celebrate the accomplishments of women’s health professionals as well as highlight the recipients’ leadership and impact.
Tessa Kerby, an associate principal with ECG and co-leader of the firm’s Women’s Health Services practice, received the FemForce Vanguard Award. This award honors leaders with more than 10 years of experience in the field and who have made a significant impact in the women’s health sector.
“Women’s healthcare is healthcare,” Tessa said. “Advancing opportunities for patients to access high-quality, comprehensive care that is sustainable for providers is my passion. I feel honored to have had the opportunity to support and partner with many organizations that share this passion and goal.”
Katie Komaridis, a senior manager with ECG, was honored with the Early Career Achievement Award. These recipients are recognized for their innovative approach and contribution to women’s health. Katie is a co-leader of ECG’s Women’s Health practice, and her work focuses on women’s health service line strategy development and operations.
“I have had the opportunity to work with many organizations to strengthen their women’s health services and have loved the energy they bring to building programs that meet their communities’ needs,” Katie remarked. “I am honored to be recognized by Xpectives for that work and look forward to partnering with healthcare providers to make a difference in women’s health.”
