Boston, MA—May 22, 2025—ECG is honored to announce that it received awards from two leading industry publications this month. Becker’s Healthcare recognized ECG as one of the Top Places to Work in Healthcare in 2025, while Modern Healthcare selected ECG as one of its 2025 Best Places to Work in Healthcare.
The Becker's award was based on nominations fielded by the Becker’s Hospital Review editorial board, which also assessed rankings and awards from organizations such as Forbes and Newsweek.
"The organizations featured on this list stand out as top-tier employers, devoted to supporting their teams holistically," Becker's declared in a statement. "They offer wellness programs, community involvement opportunities, and a culture that values balance and meaningful connection in the workplace."
Modern Healthcare's award program recognizes outstanding employers in the US healthcare industry. To assess candidates, the publication partners with a third-party organization that conducts employee surveys.
"Being recognized as a 2025 Best Place to Work in Healthcare is a powerful testament to how these organizations value their people," said Dan Peres, President of Modern Healthcare. "In a time of constant change and challenge, this year's winners have shown a deep commitment to creating environments where employees feel supported, heard, and inspired to do their best work. That kind of culture doesn’t happen by accident—it's intentional, and it's worth celebrating."
The two awards are the latest in a string of accolades ECG has received for its workplace culture over the past year. The company has recently been lauded as a top consulting firm by Vault Consulting, Energage, and Consulting Magazine.
"To put it simply, this a great place to work because we have great people working here," said ECG CEO Chris Collins. "The leaders of this firm are committed to promoting a culture of empowerment, trust, respect, and collaboration. Excellence is our collective goal, and we only achieve it by embracing continuous improvement together."
