Before joining ECG, Andrew was a service line operations fellow at the Atlanta-based Wellstar Health System. In this role, he led capital planning for a spine service line with more than $50 million in annual revenue, spanning 11 hospitals and over 30 providers. For another project, Andrew guided a multihospital OR capacity optimization initiative and assisted with due diligence for a $40 million hospital acquisition, ensuring a reliable quality of earnings and accurate seller assumptions. Prior to his time with Wellstar, Andrew was a revenue cycle and performance improvement consultant with RPM Healthcare, where he provided clients with financial and operational analyses and solutions. Andrew's client base spanned private equity–backed physician practices, dental service organizations, and other health services organizations. His analyses and data-backed insights provided clients with revenue realization improvements of up to 32% in and reductions in claim denials of up to 27%.
