With more than a decade of healthcare consulting experience, Andrew continues to address the complex daily challenges that executives, operators, and clinicians face. Andrew partners with his clients to understand their issues and develop comprehensive solutions that deliver sustainable and measurable outcomes. He has a proven track record of using analytics to drive cost out of organizations without compromising the safety of patients and frontline workers.
Before joining ECG, Andrew was a consulting manager with GE Healthcare Partners after Novia Strategies was acquired. While there, he oversaw several cost transformation assessment and implementation projects that resulted in an annually recurring, implemented and validated savings of $25 million for his clients. In his role, Andrew managed internal staff, mitigated risk, and acted as the firm’s liaison with clients’ executive sponsors. Before leading these efforts, Andrew gained supply chain subject matter expertise in nonlabor cost reduction areas, including medical-surgical, interventional, purchased services, pharmacy, and laboratory specialties over a dozen engagements that resulted in more than $50 million of annually recurring savings and revenue enhancements. Andrew also gained extensive experience in OR process improvement and clinical variation engagements, working directly with clinical and operational leaders to implement sustainable improvements to their processes.
