Prior to joining ECG, Ally served as a program manager for PPO strategy and performance at HealthSpring (formerly Cigna Healthcare Medicare), where she managed the claims-based algorithm that connected more than 60,000 members to primary care providers (PCPs). In this role, Ally oversaw the identification and implementation of targeted interventions, which resulted in a 10% reduction in the number of members without a PCP.
