With a strong foundation in public health and molecular biology, Adrienne brings a unique blend of scientific rigor, strategic thinking, and implementation experience to her healthcare clients. Drawing from her government and private sector roles, she is committed to helping organizations optimize systems to improve health outcomes. Adrienne's ability to gather insights from various stakeholders and interpret data has driven impactful and scalable healthcare solutions.

Prior to ECG, Adrienne worked as a senior healthcare consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she supported the Department of Defense's Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office as it analyzed its current workforce capabilities. She designed a data collection framework, facilitated stakeholder engagement sessions, and created a dynamic reporting template to communicate findings. As an intern at Zane Networks, Adrienne supported public health IT implementation across the DC region, including helping five providers adopt certified electronic health record systems and participate in the DC Health Information Exchange. In addition to her consulting experience, while in school, Adrienne cofounded a start-up that partnered with 13 restaurants to improve food access during the COVID 19 pandemic, and she was selected as a Diversity in Cancer Research Master Scholar by the American Cancer Society. For her research, she analyzed over 100 articles to compile data describing the current research on breast cancer disparities related to vitamin D deficiency in the United States.
