Before joining ECG, Andrew held a variety of senior-level roles within health systems across the country. In these roles, he improved the financial performance of the pharmacy department, standardized outpatient operations, maximized the 340B program, and expanded the outpatient/specialty pharmacy footprint through new build and acquisition. Through effective strategic planning and operational transformation, Andrew facilitated the financial improvement of more than $30 million in bottom-line net income for the health systems he has worked with. Additionally, through contracting and home host benefit designs, Andrew created a total of over $10 million in self-insured prescription benefit savings. In expansion projects, he has built patient-centric retail, outpatient, central fill, and specialty pharmacies from the ground up while expanding health system capture through pharmacy acquisitions within a hospital network.
