Aarshia brings a fresh perspective to healthcare engagements, having worked in multiple areas of the industry. With experience spanning operations, financial performance, patient access, and contracting, she leads cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and advance strategic priorities. Aarshia aims to develop practical solutions that foster strong long-term relationships and create sustainable processes to drive meaningful impact for both healthcare organizations and the communities they serve.
Prior to ECG, Aarshia was the operations lead at a private medical office, managing approximately $2 million in the office’s annual portfolio and revenue cycle with a 98% billing accuracy. She reduced its claim denials to below 8% to strengthen its cash predictability and working capital stability. Before that role, Aarshia managed payer relations and compliance at a consulting firm. She standardized delivery models, managed training and knowledge development programs supporting more than 30 system experts, and translated business requirements into technical solutions while working with the client Blue Cross Blue Shield as a project manager to ensure its compliance with section 2718(e) of the Public Health Service Act. This entailed designing and implementing a novel user acceptance testing framework, integrating SQL and R with user analytics. Aarshia also worked at Northwell Health's Cohen Children's Medical Center to oversee patient access performance and deliver a roadmap for template governance and centralized scheduling, with a modeled throughput uplift of 5%–10% and an improved patient experience.
