Amanda is a strategy and finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership. She specializes in complex strategic initiatives requiring rigorous financial analyses, business case development, and performance measurement and is known for blending technical expertise with strong relationship‑building skills. Amanda is passionate about working with client teams to bring together diverse groups of stakeholders to build consensus and focus on their organization’s guiding principles.
Amanda joined ECG after serving as managing partner of PACE Healthcare Consulting. Her primary areas of expertise include facilitating health system strategic and financial planning, developing hospital-based programs, and assisting health systems in growing their network through multiple partnership avenues. Amanda has provided interim strategic and finance leadership to hospitals with 100 to over 500 beds. For a $6 billion academic health system in California, she led the strategic finance team to expand the affiliate and partnership footprint across a nine-county area. Amanda has assisted clients in onboarding medical foundations of more than 100 physicians. She has also developed business cases for de novo hospital-based specialty clinical programs such as obstetrics, cancer care, and orthopedic surgery.
