Chris, based in the firm's Boston office, serves as president and chief executive officer at ECG. Reporting to the board, he is responsible for guiding the firm's mission, strategy, financial performance, consulting divisions, and corporate operations. Chris has been a trusted adviser to boards and senior executives of academic medical centers and large nonacademic health systems for over 25 years, including 20 years at ECG. His areas of expertise include strategy, organizational design and effectiveness, physician enterprise integration, and large-scale, strategic partnerships and affiliations. Chris has had the privilege of working with many of the highest-ranking academic and nonacademic health systems in the United States. He continues to lead or serve as a senior adviser for client engagements on a selective basis.
