As a business analyst, she conducted M&A and partnership analyses that informed the group's growth strategy and service expansion initiatives and led CRM optimization efforts that enhanced data integrity and improved the effectiveness of business development operations. Christina also worked as a finance intern at Siemens Healthineers, where she contributed to long-term budgeting and forecasting across four business units and full-time employee planning initiatives for the Diagnostics team. In this role, she developed budget presentation materials for senior finance leadership reviews, translating key cost drivers and revenue trends into actionable insights.
