Darin's career as a healthcare consultant, service line director, and hospital leader enables him to bring a unique blend of skills and experience to his engagements. Darin has spent more than 15 years working with health systems, hospitals, and medical groups on engagements focused on corporate strategic planning, hospital/physician arrangements, and medical group financial management. He has worked on a number of hospital-physician alignment projects in the past year, including helping The Carle Foundation's $250 million acquisition of Carle Clinic Association and Health Alliance Medical Plans. Prior to joining ECG, Darin worked at Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Bellevue, Washington, where he led an effort to build a 120-bed, $210 million hospital, managed the physician practice division, and directed physician and business development activities. He also served as the Cancer Service Line Administrator at The Methodist Hospital System in Houston, Texas, where he managed the development of a comprehensive breast center and a urology institute.
