Erika is a healthcare consultant with a strong foundation in physician and APP compensation, including model design, financial feasibility analysis, and data-driven strategy development. Drawing on her experience across clinical care, payer systems, and medical devices, she brings a well-rounded and practical perspective to complex healthcare challenges related to value-based contracting, APP compensation, and organizational alignment. Erika is known for her ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and partner closely with clients to develop solutions that are both practical and effective.
As an intern with ECG, Erika supported a variety of physician and APP compensation engagements, most recently evaluating on-call physician pay across nine specialties to drive $1.9 million in savings and designing a customized compensation model for 1,800 physicians across more than 500 locations. She also led the development of a benchmarking model that combined over 100,000 physician survey responses to optimize FTE-to-administrative staffing ratios across 81 specialties, which is now being used across the firm to help clients better understand the distribution of administrative time among their physicians. Prior to ECG, Erika worked at HealthPartners in provider relations and network management, supporting contracting, claims, and billing across a five-state network.
