Geetika designed a progress-tracking process for a large margin improvement project, which in-volved gathering and evaluating data from over 100 initiatives across six work streams to accurately depict the annual estimated savings for the organization. She has also developed a variety of project management tracking methodologies using Smartsheet. In addition, Geetika has introduced methods for collecting and evaluating performance metrics and staff feedback during numerous engagements, the streamlined reports from which enabled stakeholders to successfully implement changes in a timely manner.
