Greg is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is committed to applying structured, data-informed approaches to help health systems deliver high-value care.
At ECG, he has collaborated with health systems across the country to enhance care delivery, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment. His work includes leading site-of-care migration engagements for imaging services at an independent hospital in the Midwest, supporting inpatient clinical operations redesign efforts, and conducting a comprehensive call center analysis for a Southern physician network. Prior to joining ECG, Greg completed an administrative fellowship at Hospital Sisters Health System, where he led a throughput project that significantly improved discharge rates and reduced lengths of stay. He also supported quality improvement and patient experience initiatives through data visualization and reporting during an internship at BJC HealthCare’s Center for Clinical Excellence.
