Greg partners with the leadership of academic medical centers (AMCs) in the areas of strategic planning, organizational and funds flow design, affiliations, mergers and acquisitions, and clinical program development. He specializes in complex, multiparty initiatives involving AMC component entities seeking to improve performance by more closely aligning organizational, governance, management, and financial structures. Since joining ECG in 2008, Greg has had the opportunity to work with dozens of AMCs on a wide range of engagements, including health system and university affiliations, clinical enterprise restructuring, and funds flow realignment. He has also assisted in the design, development, operationalization, and interim management of multiple adult and pediatric physician organizations, including hybrid organizations involving academic and private practice physicians. Clients value Greg’s ability to blend strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with deep technical and analytical expertise in order to identify solutions that align diverse incentives and create sustainable relationships at the organizational and program level.
