Henry has over 18 years of revenue cycle (RC) consulting and operations experience in the acute and ambulatory spaces. Over the course of his career, Henry has both served in an advisory capacity to hospitals and health systems looking to improve RC performance and directly led RC operations at several large health institutions, where he was responsible for managing over $1.5 billion in combined annual cash collections. Henry's strong analytics and process improvement background enables him to provide clients with experience-driven guidance and direction to help them navigate their most complex financial and operational challenges.
Before joining ECG, Henry worked for R1 RCM as a senior vice president of RC operations. In his role, he managed a diverse portfolio of healthcare clients looking to increase cash collections; reduce denials, DNFB, and A/R; and improve overall operational processes. Prior to that, Henry was a principal at Impact Advisors, where he managed the RC advisory practice. During Henry's time at Impact, he drove significant margin improvement and helped generate recurring cash collections. In one notable example, Henry partnered with a $2 billion system to increase recurring cash by $25 million and reduce denials by $8.5 million over the course of a one-year engagement.
