Jessica is passionate about problem-solving and improving the current healthcare environment by examining and analyzing details with a focus on the bigger picture. Having worked in healthcare for 12 years at ECG and an academic medical center, Jessica has experience from a departmental perspective regarding both academic and clinical challenges, which she calls upon to ensure her clients’ success as they navigate the complexities of an ever-changing market.
Jessica’s focus has been on analyzing service agreements and employment compensation frameworks for pediatric hospitals, academic medical centers, and provider groups and offering recommendations to improve the financial and strategic alignment. Jessica uses her experience to conduct market assessments and design compensation plans for physicians that align with organizational priorities and initiatives. She also partners with health systems to align the contracting process with compensation models while working to create efficient and goal-oriented outcomes. Before joining ECG, Jessica served as the assistant administrator in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Arizona. There, she worked with 64 providers on clinical and academic finances and operations, coordinating with hospital leadership regarding allocations and expense monitoring for hospital and university budgets.
