Jon’s diverse background working in public accounting, community health, and integrated delivery systems allows him to view problems through multiple lenses to provide comprehensive, holistic solutions. He excels at distilling complex situations down to their key elements. Trained as a management coach, Jon brings a genuine curiosity to every engagement and understands the importance of identifying the facts and ensuring the problem at hand is accurately and appropriately defined. Jon seeks to find the possibility in every situation, and above all, his clients value the relational approach he takes to his work.
At ECG, Jon helps clients make analytically informed financial decisions. Most recently, Jon worked with a community hospital in the Northeast to design and implement workforce management and productivity tools in support of a $5.1 million workforce margin improvement opportunity. He also developed a financial corrective action plan for an FQHC on the West Coast that identified a $12.9 million margin improvement opportunity to bring the organization back into compliance with its bond covenants. In addition, Jon’s demand and capacity models have been used to advise numerous clients on facility and capital asset investments. Prior to joining ECG, Jon served as the assistant director of health equity at Cone Health.
