Jacob Eisler

Manager

Jacob can be best described as a technical translator, combining technology with operations. He has extensive experience in both patient access improvement and EHR implementation, expansion, upgrades, support, and optimization, which provides him with a solid grasp of the entire patient cycle. During his career, Jacob has worked with multiple large, small, and critical access health systems across the country. Through this work, Jacob has developed an appreciation for the differences and intricacies in all care environments, crafting unique problem-solving skills for every organization's unique challenges. Clients value his ability to identify technical barriers, execute workflow enhancements, provide digital strategy, optimize device and platform integration, translate IT processes to operations, and advise on vendor partnerships.

At ECG, Jacob has supported patient access and IT transformation assessments and implementations for various organizations. This includes a rapid scheduling and access center implementation, resulting in a reduction in average speed to answer of over 90 seconds and a decrease in referral processing times by over five days among seven specialties. During other projects, Jacob led service line transformations related to patient access, completed front- and back-office workflow and system redesigns, provided subject matter expertise on Oracle Health (formerly Cerner) systems and workflows, and supported platform implementations that work with operational imperatives. Prior to joining ECG, Jacob was a senior integrated technologies consultant for Oracle Health. While there, he operated as a workflow lead within enterprise document management, supporting document management for patient accounting, health information management, patient access, work queue management, and automated document interfaces.
